Perfect for lunch. Let's prepare classic onion soup at home. Finely chop two types of onions and sauté them in a mixture of vegetable and butter, then add garlic, white wine, and chicken broth. Bring the soup to a boil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another 20 minutes.
