Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making salmon with orange salad. Thoroughly wash the orange in hot water using a soft brush, then dry it completely. Wash the pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and peel the onion.

Grate the zest from the orange, cut off the peel, cut the flesh between the membranes, and squeeze the juice.
