Salmon with rice
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dish turned out to be original. You can eat it for lunch, but it can't be considered a hot meal, and it won't always work as a side dish. I'd rather classify it as a salad, although there's no obvious dressing here. But none of this matters once you taste it and discover its flavor. Serve it at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

First, boil the rice in salted water until cooked. Make it fluffy. Let the grain cool.

Prepare the marinade. Chop the onion and mix it with soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour the marinade into a bowl, place half of the fish into it.

Step 4

Prepare the second marinade. Mix mayonnaise with Sriracha sauce and salt. Combine the marinade with the salmon. Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
