
Lemon Chicken Soup
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. This soup will perfectly warm and satisfy. It has a bright lemon color and an equally vibrant, rich flavor. This kind of soup is an excellent remedy for colds, as is any chicken soup. Serve it hot, optionally garnished with a sprig of fresh herbs. Ladle into bowls and serve.

1. Mix salt, turmeric, cumin, and ground black pepper. Cut boneless chicken into pieces and mix with the spices. Heat a pot with olive oil and add the meat, frying for 5-7 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate.

2. Finely chop the onion, celery, and garlic. Heat a pot and add the onion and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes, then add the garlic and grated ginger.

3. Return the fried chicken to the saucepan, pour in the broth, add the bay leaf and a few strips of zest, bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
