Lazy borscht
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest cooking a quick and lazy meatless borscht, which significantly speeds up the process. The vegetarian borscht turns out to be just as tasty and hearty. First, layer the chopped vegetables in a pot, then simmer until tender. Finally, pour in water and cook the borscht a little longer. The soup is ready to serve.
