Light winter salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Light and tasty with a slightly sweet aftertaste, it's a perfect choice for any meal. It goes well with chicken dishes. You can make the salad less caloric by using yogurt or low-fat sour cream as dressing. To enhance the sweetness, add dates. Give it a try! The salad is ready to serve.

2. If using dried fruits, pour boiling water over them for a couple of minutes. I'm using dried pears and apricots. If using dates, remove the pits; you'll need 8-10 dates for the entire salad. Both options work perfectly for the salad.
