
Light meat salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For this salad, you'll need a lean piece of beef. However, you can substitute it with chicken breast or any other meat. Likewise, you can replace or supplement the daikon with fresh cucumbers, bell peppers, and other vegetables. To find out, serve at the table.

Step 1

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion in it until golden brown.

In a saucepan, bring clean drinking water to a boil. Boil a piece of lean beef in it, previously washed. After that, cool the meat and cut it into thin strips. Add the meat to the onion and fry for another five minutes, stirring constantly.

Peel and wash the daikon. Cut it into thin julienne strips. If daikon is not available, you can use any juicy and fresh vegetables of your choice.

Place the meat sautéed with onions into a bowl, add daikon. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and optionally add chopped fresh herbs. Mix thoroughly and serve the salad.
