Description

The recipe won't take much time. This light and satisfying soup for lunch is ready in just one hour. For the broth, I used quail (you can use any poultry) and skipped frying, adding the vegetables raw instead. You can use any grain you prefer. For a change from regular soups, try making this one. Serve the soup hot.

    1. Pour water over the meat and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add salt and seasonings to taste, then simmer until the meat is cooked, making sure the broth does not boil vigorously.
