Description

A hearty first course. This okroshka is very simple and quick to prepare. You can substitute boiled sausage with ham, boiled chicken, beef, or turkey. Still water can be used instead of carbonated. Serve the soup hot.

    Prepare the ingredients for making okroshka.

    Cut the cooked sausage into small cubes and place in a saucepan.

    Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel them. Finely chop and add to the pot.
