Pepper Lekvar (Pepper Relish) from bell peppers
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Despite its name, pepper lecho is not Bulgarian, but rather a traditional Hungarian dish. This recipe with photos presents a vegetarian, diet version of the dish, although Hungarians themselves usually add sausages or frankfurters to make it more filling. The dish should turn out very soft, tender, and juicy—definitely not spicy. In general, you can experiment with the recipe and ingredients as much as your imagination allows. Good luck! Serve at the table.
