Perfect for lunch. There are countless ways to prepare lagman. I'd like to share with you the version I tried in Crimea. It differs slightly from the classic recipe, but that's the charm of this dish—you can cook it using whatever vegetables you like. This step-by-step recipe for lagman in a multicooker is suitable even for beginners; photos and detailed instructions will make the cooking process completely easy, so even an inexperienced cook can prepare it. Good luck! ;) Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
