
Lagman with zucchini
Description
Lagman is usually not prepared with zucchini or cabbage, but in my opinion, it turns out much richer and tastier this way. For zucchini lagman, I take half a kilogram of beef (you can also use lamb or veal). One piece of each other ingredient is enough if the vegetables are really large. This makes quite a generous amount. Here's the recipe. The soup is ready to serve.

First, cut the meat into medium pieces and fry thoroughly with onion.

We wash the vegetables.

Cut the tomatoes with garlic. Add to the meat.

Cut the radish, potatoes, and carrots into cubes. Add them to the frying pan.

After about 10 minutes, add the chopped zucchini together with the eggplant, bell pepper, and cabbage. Mix well and add the hot pepper.

Everything should be well fried.

Add water to cover the vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30-40 minutes. Add spices at the end. Cook pasta or noodles separately. Serve the finished zucchini lagman with the noodles.
