1. The recipe for preparing pork lagman is actually quite simple. First, you need to peel and chop the onions.

2. Wash, dry, and cut the meat into small pieces. Pour oil into a heavy-bottomed pot or saucepan and heat it well. Add the meat and sear until golden brown. Then add the onion to the meat.

3. While the meat is frying, you can prepare the other vegetables. Wash, peel, and chop the carrots into small pieces.

4. Peel the green radish as well and cut it into pieces the same size as the carrots.
