
Chicken soup with herbs

Prepare all the ingredients for making chicken soup with herbs.

Wash any parts of chicken and place them in a pot. Pour in fresh water and put on the stove. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam, reduce the heat, and cook to make broth.

Strain the broth and pour it into a saucepan. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the saucepan. Start cooking the soup.
