Chicken soup with apples
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. I suggest making a chicken soup with apples and trying this delicious and filling dish. You can use any apples, but I prefer the slightly tart ones—they make the soup more interesting, in my opinion. You can use any mushrooms; I used frozen button mushrooms. The broth can be made from any part of the chicken—even chicken breast works. Give it a try! You won't taste the apple itself, but there's a subtle, distinctive, and pleasant aroma. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Serve the soup hot.
