Rinse the chicken breast and remove any fat and membranes. Then place it in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook the breast until fully done for forty minutes. Remove it and shred into fibers.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add water to the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the chicken breast pieces and the diced potatoes to the broth.

Now you need to prepare the sauté. To do this, peel and wash the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrot on a grater. Place the ingredients in a frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté over medium heat until golden brown. Transfer the prepared sauté to a saucepan.
