
Chicken soup with dumplings
Description
A hearty first course. This soup is simple and quick to prepare if you already have broth ready. The recipe is calculated for 2-3 servings. If you need more, increase the amount of ingredients. Serve the soup immediately, as it will thicken over time. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Prepare the ingredients for making the soup.

Rinse the chicken and place it in a pot. Pour in water. Place on the stove.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to minimum, and skim off the foam. Cook the chicken until done.

Then transfer the chicken from the broth to a plate, and strain the broth. Pour the broth into a pot. Add diced potatoes.
