
Chicken soup with ginger

The recipe won't take much time. Chicken soup with ginger can be prepared in two versions: a lighter one or a richer one, made with chicken broth. 1. First, wash and dry the chicken, place it in a pot with water, and cook the broth. Then strain it, dry the meat, shred it, and finely chop.

2. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Pour some vegetable oil into a saucepan and heat it up. Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
