
Chicken salad with carrots
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Use fresh carrots; if desired, you can substitute Korean-style carrots. We'll also add a good hard cheese to the salad. Add some herbs and garlic to taste. For dressing, use mayonnaise. Be sure to save this recipe—it's a great side dish to serve with potato dishes or porridge. I'm sure you'll love it. The salad is ready to serve.

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the fillet in advance, then cool it in the broth—this will make the meat tender and soft. If desired, the fillet can be baked instead.

Peel the carrots, wash and dry them. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Transfer the grated carrots to a salad bowl.

Cut the hard cheese or your favorite cheese into small cubes and add to the salad.
