
Chicken broth in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for lunch. Thoroughly wash a piece of chicken meat or carcass. Place it in cold water, along with vegetables, spices, and salt. Simmer for up to an hour. Add fresh herbs to the finished broth. Serve the broth hot! As you can see, serve with herbs and sour cream.

Prepare the ingredients for the broth. For a richer or more flavorful broth, add more meat. For a dietary or children's meal, this amount of meat and bones is sufficient. Peel the vegetables and rinse them under water. Add spices to taste.

Place the meat, whole vegetables, spices, and salt into the multicooker pot. Pour in cold water. Select the "Soup" mode and press the "Start" button.

After 45-50 minutes, the chicken broth will be ready. Remove the vegetables and spices from the broth.

Arrange meat pieces on plates, pour broth over them, and add herbs. The broth can be served with a half of a boiled egg.
