Chicken broth with noodles
Description
Perfect for lunch. I really like this recipe for chicken noodle soup. I prefer my broth to be very rich and concentrated, so I cook it for a long time. Actually, you'll end up with only a small amount of broth—but it will be so intense and flavorful that you'll need to dilute it! Try it and see for yourself. The soup is ready to serve.

Step 1

1. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and place them in a pot. Add carrot slices, chopped onion, celery, and spices to taste. I added coriander, cumin, and a bay leaf. Pour water over everything.

Step 2

2. Simmer over low heat for as long as possible, so that the chicken becomes tender and releases as much juice as possible into the broth. I cook it for two hours.

Step 3

3. Before finishing cooking, add salt and vermicelli. Cook a little longer - and serve hot!
