Chicken broth with noodles
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Let's prepare homemade chicken broth with noodles. It's best to cook the broth from a home-raised chicken, as it will turn out richer. If you're using store-bought chicken, reduce the cooking time to 1 hour. For those who prefer spicier soups, I recommend adding your favorite spices to the broth. Happy cooking!
Instructions

Step 1

First, rinse the chicken carcass, remove any membranes and excess parts. Transfer the chicken pieces to a pot.
- 2
Step 2

Completely cover the chicken with cold water, place over medium heat.
- 3
Step 3

Bring the broth to a boil, removing the foam. Reduce the heat, add the peeled carrots and onion. Season with salt to taste and simmer the broth until fully cooked (about 1.5 hours).

Step 4

Separately cook the noodles until fully done. Drain them in a colander to let the water drip off.

Step 5

Transfer the noodles to a deep plate and pour in the broth (remove the carrots and onion). Sprinkle with chopped herbs and add chicken meat (optional).
