Chicken broth for colds
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. The broth is made easily and relatively fast. Many recommend using a home-raised, soup chicken rather than a broiler for this purpose. In this case, you'll need to cook the broth not for one hour, but at least 2–2.5 hours. The vitamins, minerals, and amino acids present in the dish help block infection and alleviate cold symptoms. Serve the soup hot.
