Description
This is a classic recipe for preparing koullama. You will need the following ingredients: beef, beef heart, onion, carrot, butter, water, sugar, salt, and wheat flour. First, boil all the meat, then prepare the salma from the dough, next stew the vegetables, and finally combine all the ingredients. Serve the dish hot. Have a nice day. Serve the soup hot.

Soak the beef heart in cold water (2-3 hours). Boil the soaked heart over low heat for 2 hours. In a separate pot, boil the beef for two hours. Do not discard the broth.

When all the meat is ready, prepare the dough for samsa: pour water into a bowl, add sugar, salt, egg, and butter. Mix and add flour, knead a firm dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough and divide it into small pieces, shaped like "ears" with an indentation in the middle.

Boil the prepared salmon in salted water for 15 minutes after it floats to the surface. Drain the salmon in a colander and season with melted butter.

Finely chop the onion and carrot and boil them in one cup of broth, adding 1 tablespoon of clarified butter, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes until tender.

Cut all the meat into slices. Place the meat and salo in the bottom of a saucepan, pour over the vegetable sauce. Simmer covered for 15 minutes without stirring.
