Kulesh with bacon
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. This thick, flavorful, filling, and delicious kulish is easy to prepare even for an inexperienced cook. This soup is also called "field soup" because it was traditionally cooked right in the fields for lunch for agricultural workers. The name comes from the Hungarian word "kőles," meaning millet. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
