Cream of chanterelle soup in a multicooker

Description

The soup is easy and quick to prepare. Chanterelle cream soup in a multicooker is a diet dish. I cook this soup when I want to have a detox after lively weekends with overloaded tables. A handful of shrimp will diversify the soup and add a pleasant tang, but you can omit them if desired. Pour into bowls and serve.
