Broccoli Cream Soup
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Broccoli cream soup is delicious, healthy, quick, and easy. The main ingredient, of course, is broccoli, complemented by the flavors of onion and carrot, and, of course, cream is a must. Actually, you can add other vegetables to the broccoli: bell pepper, cauliflower, or Chinese cabbage. In my opinion, this soup is especially delicious with garlic, which gives it a wonderful aroma and a pleasant tang. I'll share my recipe with you. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use fresh broccoli in season, but frozen broccoli works well in winter—there's hardly any difference.

Step 2

Cut the onion and carrot into large pieces and place them in the multicooker bowl. Pour in water to fill about 2/3 of the bowl. Set the "Soup" mode for 1 hour.

Step 3

10 minutes after the water comes to a boil, add broccoli and cook for 20 minutes. Then add cream and finely chopped garlic to the multicooker, season with salt to taste. Cook until the program finishes.

Step 4

Blend the finished soup using a blender. Pour into serving bowls and top each with a crouton. You can prepare croutons at home, but I prefer buying ready-made ones with seasonings.
