
Sweet Potato Cream Soup
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Although sweet potato is sometimes called sweet potato, this vegetable only resembles potato in appearance. Sweet potato cooks much faster than regular potato and can be eaten raw, baked, or boiled. It can be added to soups, porridges, and dietary salads (sweet potato is low in calories).

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash and peel the vegetables.

Cut the sweet potato into medium pieces, cover with water, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain the cooking liquid. Pour vegetable broth over the sweet potatoes.

Finely chop the onion, sauté in heated olive oil until soft, then add cumin and chili flakes, mix well.
