Description

Hearty and aromatic soup. This juicy cream soup can be prepared daily during the stalk celery season. If desired, you can add other seafood along with shrimp: mussels, clams, squid. This dish is especially delicious with sour cream.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the root vegetables and wash them together with the stalk celery.

    Place the shrimp in a saucepan or cauldron, pour in water, and cook for about 2-3 minutes. If they turn pink, that time is sufficient. If they are gray, it means they are fresh and need to be boiled for 8-10 minutes. Then remove them from the broth and peel off the shells.

    Chop the onion, carrots, and celery into small cubes. Sauté the onion and carrots in vegetable oil for about 2–3 minutes.

    Then add the celery and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

    Add salt, vegetable seasoning, pour in hot water, and simmer everything for about 3 minutes until the slices are tender.
