
Salmon cream soup

Wash the fish thoroughly, dry it. Separate the flesh from the skin.

Cut the flesh into cubes approximately 2x2 centimeters.

Slice the leek.

Heat a frying pan with butter.

Sauté (or rather, simmer) the leek over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the salmon and cook for another 5–10 minutes, stirring constantly, then add the cream and wine, season with salt, add spices, and mix well.

Reduce the heat. As soon as the first bubbles appear on the surface, turn off completely. Puree the soup using a blender.

Cover with a lid and let rest for 3-4 minutes, then pour into bowls, garnish with dill and serve!
