Cream of white asparagus soup

1. Peel the asparagus. Finely chop the onion. Squeeze juice from the lemon.

2. In a large pot, bring wine, water, salt, sugar, and lemon juice to a boil. Then place the asparagus into the boiling liquid. Cook for 8 minutes.

3. Then remove the asparagus and cut it into medium pieces.

4. After that, melt the butter in a saucepan. Sauté the onion with flour for one minute. Then pour in the asparagus cooking broth and add the vegetable. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes.
