
White bean cream soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. You can prepare the soup in two ways — cook the beans beforehand until fully tender, or use canned beans. I prefer the second option. We'll dilute the beans with broth and add fried onions and sausage right before serving. It turns out absolutely delicious — finger-licking good! Serve the soup hot.

Prepare the ingredients from the list. Use chicken or meat broth.

Transfer the beans to the bowl of a kitchen blender.

Pulse the beans at high speed until creamy.

Transfer the beans to a saucepan, dilute with broth, add salt, pepper, dried garlic, and bay leaf. Simmer the soup for 3-4 minutes.

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Cut the sausage into strips.

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil, then add the onion and sausage. Fry the ingredients for 3-4 minutes.
