Nettle soup with egg

Step 1
Cut the washed and peeled potatoes into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Pour water over the vegetables and place over heat.

Deal with the nettles. Wear rubber gloves to avoid burns. Blanch the nettles with boiling water, then chop them.

Add the nettle to the soup when the potatoes are almost ready.

Beat the egg with a fork. While continuously stirring the soup, pour in the egg. Immediately turn off the heat.

Season the soup with salt and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
