Crab cake
Description

Take a crab stick and carefully unroll it as shown in the photo, so that it becomes flat like a pancake.

Spread a thin layer of the salad filling onto an unfolded crab stick. The filling consists of boiled rice mixed with mayonnaise, eggs and pickled cucumbers grated on a medium grater, and small pieces of salmon.
