
Crab salad with fried peppers and avocado
Description
In this salad, mayonnaise can easily be replaced with sour cream. It's also a good idea to add boiled eggs to the crab salad. And in general, it can be served in the usual standard way.

1. Roast the pepper in the oven until blackened, at 240 degrees for about 20 minutes.

2. Place the peppers in a bag and tie it, let sit for 10 minutes. Then peel off the skin and remove the seeds.

3. Dice the onion, pepper, and garlic.

4. Dice the avocado flesh, then puree.

5. Add lemon juice and avocado puree to the chopped vegetables, season with salt, and mix.

6. Cut a long thin slice from the cucumber and place it in cold water.

7. Cut the crab meat. You can use either imitation crab meat or real crab meat.
