Crab salad with Hawaiian mix
Description
Hawaiian mix is often sold in supermarkets in frozen form. But I prefer making this salad with canned corn, fresh bell pepper, and fresh green peas. Since fresh peas aren't available at the beginning of May, I replaced them with frozen ones. The salad is very simple and quick to prepare. The result is a tasty, filling, and colorful dish.
