Crab salad with garlic
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. If you want to delight your guests with something savory and original, this dish will be perfect! For preparing crab salad with garlic, be sure to use real crab meat, not imitation crab sticks—they're of no use at all. Nowadays, it's easy to find fresh-frozen or even fresh crab at the market or in stores. Check out the detailed recipe with photos below. Can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, defrost the crab meat (without using a microwave, warm water, or similar methods).
- 2
Step 2

Boil the defrosted meat in boiling water (this is essential) for exactly 10 minutes. Then let it cool down.
- 3
Step 3

Now the cooled meat needs to be chopped. Carefully remove all chitinous plates from the legs (they are visible in the photo).
- 4
Step 4

Boil 2 eggs, finely chop the whites, and set aside the yolks (we will need them later).
- 5
Step 5

Grate the cheese and mince the garlic. Then mix the cheese, crab meat, egg white, and garlic in a bowl. Add the corn.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the tomatoes, add to the salad, and dress with mayonnaise.
- 7
Step 7

Chop the herbs, you can sprinkle them on top of the salad, or mix everything well—up to your taste. Add spices.
- 8
Step 8

Crumble the yolk on top. Again, you can mix everything together; for me, this is part of the decoration. The crab salad with garlic is ready! Before serving, you can chill it in the refrigerator for a short while, then garnish with herbs.
