Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the chicken eggs for 15 minutes in advance and cool them in cold water.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and immediately separate them into yolks and whites. You will need the whites to make edible wool.
- 3
Step 3

Rinse the cucumber in water, trim the ends off both sides of the vegetable, and slice it into rounds. Then cut the slices into small cubes. Since you'll be shaping the salad into a figure, the pieces should be smaller than usual. Season the chopped cucumber with salt and let it sit for 5 minutes to draw out the moisture.

Step 4

Open the can of canned corn and drain the marinade. Pour into a salad bowl.
- 5
Step 5

Peel the crab sticks from their wrappers and cut them into small cubes. Add the chopped crab sticks to the corn.
- 6
Step 6

Press the cucumber slices to drain the juice. Keep one yolk whole to make the tail. Then crumble the chicken yolks by hand.
- 7
Step 7

Combine all the chopped ingredients and add mayonnaise of any fat content. Add salt and ground black pepper. Gently mix.
- 8
Step 8

On a large plate or dish, arrange the rabbit's body, hind legs, front legs, and head with ears laid back.
- 9
Step 9

Grate the chicken whites on a fine grater. Mix a quarter of the mass with mayonnaise and set aside — this will be for the tail. Use the remaining grated mixture to decorate the entire rabbit, lifting the ears higher.
- 10
Step 10

Cut the olive in half vertically and place the halves to form the rabbit's eyes. Cut the sausage into two arches and place them on the ears. Also, cut a small round nose from the sausage. Finally, shape the tail: cover the yolk with the remaining egg white mixture and attach it at the back.

Step 11

The festive rabbit is ready! Place it in the refrigerator or serve immediately if prepared just before serving. Happy New Year!
