
Classic crab salad without cucumber
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. To make it more nutritious, I add rice to the salad—it turns out just as tasty, and the result is pleasantly satisfying. This salad can replace lunch or dinner, or be served as a side dish. Simple ingredients, minimal preparation time. Garnish as desired and serve.

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the eggs and let them cool. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and salt to your taste.

Rinse the rice and cook in salted water for 15–20 minutes (until done). Then drain in a colander and rinse under running water. You can boil the eggs and rice the night before. The next day, you'll only need to chop and combine all the ingredients.

Drain the liquid from the corn and transfer it to a deep bowl or directly into a salad bowl.

Add the crab sticks cut into cubes.

Peel the eggs and slice them into small cubes as well.

Add the cooked rice and green onions; you can also add any other herbs to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
