Korean-style pork salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. A simple and original salad that goes perfectly with potatoes or can be served as a standalone dish. Instead of pork, feel free to use other types of meat, liver, or heart. Everything is very easy to prepare: sauté the onion and pork, marinate the carrots, then combine all ingredients, add sesame seeds, and let it steep. 1. Peel and wash the carrots, grate them on a special grater or cut into thin strips, then transfer to a bowl. 2. Prepare the carrot marinade: mix soy sauce and ground pepper, pour over the carrots. Next, pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, cook into a syrup, then pour the syrup over the carrots. Mix well and set aside. 3. Peel the onion and slice into half-rings. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Sauté the onion in a skillet, then add the meat and cook until the meat is fully done. 4. Transfer the onion and meat mixture to the bowl with carrots. Mix, then add sesame seeds and garlic pressed through a garlic press. The salad is ready. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Can be served immediately.
