Korean-style okroshka
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Okroshka "Kuksi" is easy to make, though it will take 1 to 1.5 hours. At first glance, it contains a lot of ingredients, but they all go well together. The result is a cold, filling soup, perfect for hot weather. Ground coriander is often added to this okroshka, but that's a matter of taste. Serve in bowls and enjoy.
