
Strawberry gazpacho

The recipe won't take much time. Strawberry gazpacho—that's something new, isn't it? :) I accidentally came across this recipe online and decided to try it. I prepared it and served it just like an ordinary gazpacho. At first, everyone was confused, but then they started devouring the soup like there was no tomorrow. So I highly recommend you try making this unusual summer cold soup, which perfectly satisfies hunger on hot days. Strawberry gazpacho surprises, amazes, and then wins you over! :) The soup is ready to serve.

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into small, irregular pieces.

Dice the green pepper into small cubes.

We do the same with the red pepper.

Peel the cucumber and also cut it into small cubes.

Cut the bread crumb into cubes.

Peel the garlic, cut it into several pieces, and sauté in olive oil together with a sprig of thyme. Then add the bread and lightly fry, stirring constantly.

Put all the vegetables and fruits into one bowl, add the fried bread.

Then pour in half a cup of olive oil

Add vinegar.

Put in tomato paste, add salt.

Mix everything well.

Add the vegetables to the blender. Process everything thoroughly.
