
Chinese salad with pork
Description
The finished dish is spicy and aromatic, with all ingredients blending together perfectly. This salad looks impressive and appetizing, making it an excellent choice for a festive table. The dish is served hot, preferably straight from the pan, as it is traditionally prepared right in front of guests in China.

1. I thoroughly rinse the spinach under running water, separating the leaves and rinsing each one.

2. I take already boiled pork, cut off the required amount and slice the meat into pieces.

3. Pour boiling water over dried mushrooms and let them soak for 10 minutes, then drain the water, squeeze the mushrooms, and cut them into elongated pieces.

4. I crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat everything together.

5. Peel and wash the onion, slice it into half-rings or any other way. Peel a small piece of ginger root and finely chop it.

6. Place the pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil into it, and fry the beaten eggs, constantly stirring. Then transfer to a plate.

7. Place the wok over heat, pour in sunflower oil, then add the prepared mushrooms, onion, ginger, and Sichuan pepper.

8. After a couple of minutes, I add sesame seeds to the wok, followed by slices of pork.

9. Add soy sauce to the contents in the pan and heat once again.

10. Add the washed spinach leaves (do not chop, place them whole) and cook until tender.

11. At the very end, I add the previously fried egg, mix everything once again and heat for 1 minute.
