Actually, for making sour cabbage soup in a multicooker, you can use fresh cabbage if it's out of season. Serve in bowls and enjoy.

To prepare sour cabbage soup in a multicooker, I decided to use beef on the bone, but if you can't find it, regular beef tenderloin will also work. Pour 1.5 liters of water into the multicooker, add a whole onion and spices, if desired. Turn on the multicooker to the "Stewing" mode and cook for 1.5–2 hours.

Add tomato paste to the onion and carrots and heat it slightly in the hot oil. Don't forget to add the sauerkraut. Add all the ingredients (including salt, sugar, and spices), cover with a lid, and simmer for another 4–5 minutes.

Skim the foam off the beef, remove the onion from the broth, add all the sautéed vegetables to it, and throw in the potatoes as well. Set the multicooker to "Stewing" mode for 1 hour. When the timer beeps, ladle the soup into bowls and call your family to the table.
