Kefir soup
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This kefir soup is somewhat reminiscent of okroshka, only it's cooked and has a much more modest ingredient list. Nevertheless, it's tasty, fairly filling, and very unusual. The soup is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Pour kefir and water into a saucepan, mix thoroughly with a whisk.
- 3
Step 3

In a small bowl, beat the egg with flour and salt until smooth, without lumps of flour.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the egg into the saucepan with kefir, mix again with a whisk to prevent the egg from curdling. Add the washed rice, place the saucepan over low heat. Constantly stir with a whisk to prevent the kefir from boiling and the rice from sticking to the bottom. Cook the soup over the lowest heat for about 30 minutes.

- 7
Step 7

Add chopped fresh herbs and salt to taste.
- 8
Step 8

Stir the soup thoroughly and let it stand for about 10 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Pour the ready "Tanov" soup into bowls and serve. Delicious both hot and cold.
