
Potato soup with milk
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. This recipe is very fast to make. The soup is vegetarian, so all the time is spent on preparing and cooking the vegetables. Be sure to serve this milk-based potato soup with croutons (preferably made from dark bread). Serve them with herbs and garlic. There's another serving option: rub the crouton with garlic and place it at the bottom of the bowl, then pour the soup over it. Simple and delicious. The soup is ready to serve.

1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes. The size of the cubes can be arbitrary—choose whatever is more convenient for you.

2. Place a pot of water on the stove. Add the cube of dry bouillon to it.

3. Cut the peeled onion into pieces of a convenient size for you.

4. Slice the peeled carrots and celery into thin rounds.

5. Place the chopped vegetables (onion, celery, and carrots) in a frying pan with a small amount of oil. Add a little water. Cover with a lid. Simmer the vegetables until cooked.

6. When the bouillon cube has completely dissolved, add the potatoes to the pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook the potatoes covered over low heat. When the potatoes are cooked, add the stewed vegetables to the pot. Add salt to taste.

8. Add milk to the soup. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer for another 10 minutes uncovered.
