Potato soup with buckwheat
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. I suggest a simple version made with water, but you can prepare it with broth—chicken or vegetable. The whole process will take no more than half an hour, resulting in a delicious soup ready to serve. To make the soup more filling, you can add a spoonful of tasty sour cream. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
