Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the soup. Put the water on the stove to boil.
- 2
Step 2

While the water is coming to a boil, peel the potatoes, onion, and carrots. My carrots are frozen, so they don't require preliminary preparation. Cut all the vegetables into not too large pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Add the vegetables to boiling water, salt it, and cook for 10 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

While the vegetables are cooking, use wet hands to roll the minced meat into walnut-sized balls. These will be our meatballs.
- 5
Step 5

Drop the meatballs into the boiling soup and cook for at least 15 minutes. Chicken meatballs can be cooked a little less.
- 6
Step 6

5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the semolina, stirring well to prevent lumps from forming.
- 7
Step 7

Add herbs and your favorite spices. You can turn off the heat. The soup is ready!
