
Potato salad with cheese

Minimum effort — excellent result. This recipe is for potato lovers. This hearty and delicious salad can be prepared for lunch or dinner. For lunch, serve the salad with a piece of roasted meat or chicken. It also goes well with fish. In this salad, potatoes are the main ingredient; you can boil them or fry in vegetable oil until crispy. If you don't like potatoes with the skin, feel free to peel them. Can be served immediately.

Thoroughly wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins until done. Do not overcook!

Fry the bacon strips until crispy, then crush them with a rolling pin into crumbs.

Finely chop the green onion feathers and then lightly press them so the onions release a little juice and become softer.

Place the sour cream in a small bowl, add salt, black and red pepper, and chopped onion. Mix well.

We cut the boiled and cooled potatoes in half or into quarters (depending on the size of the potatoes).

Finely chop the remaining white part of the onion.
