
Potato salad with sauerkraut
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. This dish is very convenient to make if you happen to have a few boiled potatoes in their skins left in the fridge and don't know what to do with them. In addition to the main ingredients, I recommend adding some canned peas or beans, for example. Garnish as desired and serve.

1. Here is the simple and quite budget-friendly set of ingredients we will use. Boil the potatoes in advance (you can boil them in their skins). I used the ones left over from dinner.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium pieces.

3. Finely chop the onion. Optionally, you can scald it with boiling water or marinate it beforehand.

4. Place the cabbage, previously squeezed to remove the brine.

6. Salt to taste, and you can add a pinch of pepper. Drizzle with a little vegetable oil and mix well. That's it, the potato salad with sauerkraut is ready to be served.
